Frequently Asked Questions

What are adaptive contrast goggles?

A person’s contrast can change depending on the light conditions. Adaptive contrast goggles are sometimes referred to as night vision goggles because they contain thermal lenses which contain an adaptive lens that regulates the amount of light. Contrast depends on the steepness of the slope, the lower the slope the higher the contrast. The Clear lens will be most effective for moderate to high contrast, while the Ninja lens is designed for especially low contrast.
